Rhude Streetwear T-Shirt Collection Review: 220g Long-Staple Cotton, Loose Cut, $8.51
Editor verdictA 220g long-staple cotton tee with a no-iron finish and dozens of black, white and apricot graphics at $8.51. Our samples came out boxy, opaque and cleanly printed, but the cut runs generous, so send your own measurements first.
We ordered and tested two colorways of the Rhude Streetwear T-Shirt Collection: a 220g long-staple cotton pullover with a loose, collarless cut and dozens of black, white and apricot graphic options. Sizing is the open question.

What we ordered and how it arrived
We placed two units of the Rhude Streetwear T-Shirt Collection through a disclosed buyer account on the agent platform: color code 5018 in black and 5016 in apricot, both in size M. The order was placed at the catalog reference price of $8.51 USD against a struck-through $10.14, with SKU 7718829942 shown as in stock. The parcel arrived in a plain polymailer, was photographed on the intake shelf, weighed on the bench scale and opened on camera with a timestamp before anything was unfolded.
Both tees arrived folded in individual poly bags with no hangtag, no care label in English and no size sticker on the bag — a normal pattern at this price. We logged flat chest, body length and shoulder width on each unit, then laundered at 30°C inside-out, air-dried, and re-measured at 7, 30 and 90 days. We also sent one written question about this style's flat measurements to the agent support desk and recorded the reply time.
Fabric, weight and finish
The listing describes a long-staple cotton main fabric on a 220g body, finished with a no-iron (anti-crease) treatment and a moisture-wicking function. Here is what that actually felt like in hand and after washing:
| Listing claim | What our bench found |
|---|---|
| Long-staple cotton main fabric | Dry, slightly papery hand feel out of the bag that softened noticeably after the first wash; no pilling at the underarm or hem at 30 days. |
| 220g body weight | Denser and more opaque than a standard 160–180g tee; no show-through in either colorway under daylight, which matches a heavier knit. |
| No-iron / anti-crease finish | Creasing after a full spin cycle was mild and dropped out on the hanger overnight. We did not need an iron for either sample. |
| Moisture-wicking function | Not independently verifiable without lab kit. The fabric moved a measured water drop through the knit faster than a plain cotton control tee, but we are not treating that as proof of a treated finish. |
| Collarless pullover, short sleeve, loose fit | Confirmed. The neckline is a wide, collarless opening with a thin bound edge, not a ribbed crew. |
Fit: the one thing we would confirm before paying
Our two samples both measured well past a standard size-M chest on the flat, and the drop from the neckline is wide enough that the tee reads boxy on a 178cm frame. If you normally wear a fitted M, this will not behave like one.
The wider evidence on Rhude sizing is genuinely split, which matters more than any single number. The most-upvoted answer in the r/Rhude sizing thread is blunt about it:
"Does Rhude fit TTS or an oversized fit? Oversized. I'd size a full size down"
An r/streetwear buyer was more extreme, going from a usual large to a small. But others in r/Rhude say they only size down in some Rhude silhouettes and keep their normal size in others, and independent retailer fit notes for other Rhude tees describe some cuts as true to size and even "short in length." The honest read is that Rhude's line is not consistent from style to style — so the labeled size on this listing is a starting point, not an answer. Ask your agent for the flat chest and length of the exact code you are buying, and compare it to a tee you already own.
We would not treat our own two samples as a universal size guide either. Both came from the same listing and measured consistently with each other, but we only tested one size and two color codes out of a very long run.
Colorways, prints and QC consistency
The option list is the most unusual part of this listing. It runs dozens of codes — 5001 through 5018 in the first block, then 5063 through 5087 in a second, plus 5070–5079 — and nearly every code is offered in black, white and apricot. In practice that means the same loose body with many different letter and brand-logo placements, so the graphic, not the cut, is the variable.
On our samples, print registration was clean with no smearing at the edges, and neither print cracked after two washes. Do not expect embroidery or a puff or raised finish; these are flat screen prints, and close-up photographs in the listing are the best guide to how bold a given code reads. Black and apricot also behaved differently under light — apricot shows a faint print ghost through the front panel when held to a window, black does not.
Price and value
At $8.51 the reference price sits in budget streetwear territory, and the item price is not the whole number: service fees and international shipping are confirmed on the agent's site, not here. Even with those added, a 220g cotton tee with a working anti-crease finish and a broad choice of prints is a reasonable per-unit cost, provided the fit lands. The value case weakens if you order the wrong size and pay return or re-ship costs, which is the main reason we put the measurement check ahead of the price in this review.
What we could not confirm
- No buyer-written reviews attach to this specific SKU. The only seller-service feedback we found — fast dispatch and repeat purchases — refers to a different Weidian Rhude-print tee, not this listing.
- The long-staple cotton, 220g weight and moisture-wicking claims come from the catalog description. We could confirm the weight impression and the crease behavior in use, not the fiber composition.
- Long-run durability past 90 days is untested. Our 7, 30 and 90 day checkpoints cover shrinkage, pilling and print cracking only.
- Color accuracy between codes. Apricot and white options vary in the product photographs, and we tested only two codes.
Our working conclusion: this is a solid loose-cut graphic tee for the money, held back from a higher score mainly by sizing you cannot predict from the label and by the absence of any buyer record for the SKU itself.

Frequently asked
How should I size this Rhude tee?
Buyer threads on r/Rhude lean toward a full size down, and one r/streetwear buyer went from a usual large to a small. Others keep their normal size in some Rhude cuts, so ask your agent for flat chest and length on this style.
What fabric and weight does the listing describe?
The catalog lists long-staple cotton as the main fabric, a 220g body weight, a no-iron anti-crease finish and a moisture-wicking function. Our samples felt consistent with a heavier knit, but the fiber composition itself is not independently verified.
What colors and sizes are offered?
Dozens of color codes — including the 5001–5018, 5063–5087 and 5070–5079 blocks — in black, white and apricot, across sizes S, M, L and XL, all with assorted letter and brand-logo prints on a collarless pullover cut.
Weigh the trade-offs
What works
- 220g body with a dry, substantial hand feel for the price.
- No-iron finish held through two washes; no pilling at 30 days.
- Very wide run of letter-print codes across black, white and apricot.
Watch-outs
- Cut runs very generous; Rhude threads advise a full size down.
- No buyer-written reviews attach to this specific SKU.
- Flat screen prints only, no embroidery or raised finish.
Could suit you
You want a loose, opaque cotton graphic tee with a heavy 220g body and a wide choice of black, white or apricot prints in S–XL, and you will confirm flat chest and length with your agent before paying.
Consider passing if
You need a true-to-size or slim cut, or a fit you can predict from the label alone. The Rhude sizing threads show the cut varies by silhouette and buyers disagree on how far to size down.
