Who we are

KakobuyTikTok is a small review desk based in Austin, Texas. We started it in 2021 after a year of ordering TikTok growth packages for a print column and finding that almost nobody published delivery timings, retention numbers or the price they actually paid. We decided to publish all three.

How we work

Our testing team buys the products it covers at the public retail price, using desk funds and our own payment cards. Packages arrive at the Burnet Road room, are photographed, opened on camera and logged. Services run on disclosed test accounts that we label in every article. Creator hardware gets a fit check, a packaging note and a timed setup.

Scores use a five-point scale, written as X / 5. We do not accept payment, gifts or free service credits in exchange for coverage or a higher score.
